The true essence of the J-COM International business is our customer service. From our inception we have dedicated ourselves to the creation of a service model that could accommodate the needs of a very diverse customer base. We have found over the last thirteen years that regardless of how fast technology progresses or how useful its applications have become, there is no substitute for real time customer service. In our fast changing world, J-COM continuously uses its personal connections with companies to solve problems that cannot be touched by software programs. J-COM International is not a software company. We have developed J-FORMS and other applications to help our customers better utilize our service. At no point will our business diverge away from the personal relationships we maintain and develop with our customers. The reach of services now extends to Europe through our J-COM Europe office, but the same principles of our service remain. The information age is a powerful step forward in history, but to truly harness information technologies, companies need to build the right human connections in support.
